Exchange: Liquidity Pools (discontinued)
Starting from May 1st 2021 and migration to FLIP v2 tokens, Stakin Exchange services have been discontinued. This guide is for information purposes.
In order to add liquidity to a Pool on exchange.stakin.com, you can use Metamask or Binance Chain Wallet. If you are already familiar with these wallets and have these configured for Binance Smart Chain, have a look at our step-by-step instructions below.
Otherwise, you can refer to our guide about wallet configuration:
If you want to contribute liquidity to a Pool, you need will some digital assets before. You can use the Exchange: Swap guide to acquire the assets you wish to provide liquidity for. In exchange for providing Liquidity, you will receive FLIP (PancakeSwap Liquidity Provider) tokens, which can also be staked to earn STKN tokens in the "farm".
If you become a Liquidity Provider ("LP"), make sure you understand the risks, and notably the risk of impermanent losses. To diminish the risk of impermanent loss, you may provide Liquidity to Pools composed of stable assets such as stablecoins (BUSD, USDT, USDC, VAI etc.)
